1.先查出被删除的时间点：
 select * from flashback_transaction_query where table_name='表名';

2.根据时间点恢复数据：
insert into 表名 select * from 表名 as of timestamp to_timestamp('时间点', 'yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss');
