instance failed block device setup, reason is volume did not finish being created even after we waited 24 seconds or 7 attempts. and its status is creating.
解决方法：计算节点的nova.conf中 block_device_allocate_retries=600 参数加大 block_device_allocate_retries_interval=6 加上这个参数，重启服务解决；
